AUTHORS
- A presenting author can submit no more than 3 contributions but one presenting author can give only one oral presentation. The presenting author of an accepted abstract should register and complete the full payment in order to be included in the final Program. When you submit your abstract, you will be required to select your intended participation format (Oral / Poster) and the Topic session.
PRESENTATION TYPES
- Oral presentations: If selected for an oral presentation, you will be given a timeslot of 20 minutes including discussions (15 min presentation + 5 min Q&A).
- Poster presentations: If selected for a poster presentation, you will present your work in a dedicated poster session during the Congress.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
- Abstract is limited to one page (A4 format) as PDF file including introduction, experimental part and results/discussion. Abstracts may include pictures, graphs, charts, and references.
- A Word template is available for download after registration: Word template. Submission of the abstract requires conversion of the final document to PDF format. Authors of oral and selected poster presentations will be invited to submit a full paper to a special issue of Catalysis Today.

ATTENTION : Online credit card payment is highly recommended. The number of attendees is limited for this event. Registrations will be processed on the basis of “first come, first served” principle. The credit card or bank transfer payments have to be made before 15/04/2024 in order to apply the early bird fare! If you access the online payment form after this date, the full rate will apply. We highly recommend that you register as early as possible.
Cancellation: If you cancel your registration before May 31st 2024 your payment will be refunded but 10% of the amount will be retained for administrative costs. After that date, no refund is possible.

Participants coming from outside the Schengen area and wishing to enter France must be able to present at the border regulatory documents concerning the reasons for their stay, their means of subsistence and their accommodation arrangements.

Waiting times for appointments and processing vary according to your nationality and the time of year. Participants are advised to check whether they need a visa, and to submit any visa application well in advance of the conference.
If you need a visa invitation letter, you can request this when you register. For participants submitting abstracts, applications should be made as soon as possible after receiving notification of acceptance.
