Professor Liane M. Rossi, University of São Paulo, Brazil
Liane M. Rossi is a Professor of Chemistry at the University of São Paulo in Brazil. Her research interests in the field of catalysts include developing catalytic routes for CO2 capture and conversion. Prof. Rossi is serving as the director of the CCU Research Program at RCGI – Research Centre for Greenhouse Gas Innovation. Prof. Rossi was elected a member of the Brazilian Academy of Science (2021), Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry (2025) and Fellow of TWAS (2026). She has been honored with the King Carl XVI Gustafs Professorship in Environmental Science for 2023/24 and a position as a Guest Professor at Stockholm University. She is currently serving as an Editorial Advisory Board Member at ACS Catalysis and Catalysis Science and Technology (RSC) and an International Advisory Board Member at Angewandte Chemie. She published 175 scientific papers (> 8000 citations, h index = 49).
